Terms
Terms of using this site.
Plain terms for using middlesexdrainpros.com and calling or emailing Middlesex Drain Pros. Last updated July 22, 2026.
Informational content
General guidance, not professional advice.
- Articles on this site about sewer camera inspection, main drain clogs, root intrusion, hydro jetting, and trenchless repair are general educational information for Middlesex County homeowners, not professional plumbing, engineering, or legal advice.
- Any cost figures or ranges are market context to help set expectations, not a quote or estimate for your specific property.
- Always have a qualified, licensed local provider inspect your specific situation before making repair decisions.
No contractor relationship
Middlesex Drain Pros is a routing service, not a contractor.
Middlesex Drain Pros is not a licensed plumbing or drain-cleaning contractor. Contacting us by phone, voicemail, email, or the contact form does not create a contractor relationship, a service agreement, or any obligation for us to perform work. We review requests and, where coverage exists, route them to an independent local provider.
Routing is not guaranteed
We route only where coverage exists.
We do our best to connect a request with a relevant local provider, but routing depends on which towns and services have available coverage at the time of your request. We do not guarantee that a provider will be available, that a provider will accept your job, or that any particular response time will be met.
Independent providers
Local providers work for themselves, not for us.
- Any local provider a request is routed to is an independent business, not an employee, agent, or partner of Middlesex Drain Pros.
- That provider is solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, workmanship, scheduling, and pricing.
- Any agreement for actual repair or inspection work is between you and that provider directly. Review their license, insurance, and pricing before authorizing work.
- Middlesex Drain Pros is not a party to, and is not liable for, the work performed, quoted, or invoiced by any provider we route a request to.
Limitation of liability
Use of this site is at your own risk.
This site and its routing service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Middlesex Drain Pros is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, reliance on its informational content, or the acts or omissions of any independent provider a request is routed to, including damages related to property, plumbing failures, delays, or lost time.
Governing law
Massachusetts law applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
