Informational content

General guidance, not professional advice.

No contractor relationship

Middlesex Drain Pros is a routing service, not a contractor.

Middlesex Drain Pros is not a licensed plumbing or drain-cleaning contractor. Contacting us by phone, voicemail, email, or the contact form does not create a contractor relationship, a service agreement, or any obligation for us to perform work. We review requests and, where coverage exists, route them to an independent local provider.

Routing is not guaranteed

We route only where coverage exists.

We do our best to connect a request with a relevant local provider, but routing depends on which towns and services have available coverage at the time of your request. We do not guarantee that a provider will be available, that a provider will accept your job, or that any particular response time will be met.

Independent providers

Local providers work for themselves, not for us.

Limitation of liability

Use of this site is at your own risk.

This site and its routing service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Middlesex Drain Pros is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, reliance on its informational content, or the acts or omissions of any independent provider a request is routed to, including damages related to property, plumbing failures, delays, or lost time.

Governing law

Massachusetts law applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
