When you call or email, your request is reviewed for town, symptom pattern, and urgency, then routed to a relevant local sewer and drain provider only where coverage exists in Middlesex County. Middlesex Drain Pros is not the crew doing the work — it connects your request with an independent local provider who can respond to your situation.
What happens when I call and no one answers?
The intake line takes calls and voicemail around the clock. If nobody answers live, leave your town and what's backing up. The voicemail is recorded by Twilio, and an automated transcript is emailed to our intake inbox for review and routing. If you would rather skip voicemail, use the intake form on this page instead.
Does the form send my details to a server?
No. The structured intake form on this page runs in your browser only. Submitting it opens your email app with a prefilled draft addressed to our intake inbox — it does not transmit your details to any server first. Nothing is stored until you review that draft and choose to send the email yourself.
