Request sewer and drain routing.

Tell us what is happening: sewer backup, recurring main drain clog, possible roots, camera inspection, or trenchless repair question.

Best next step: call (978) 625-6679 for sewer camera, main drain, root intrusion, or trenchless questions in Middlesex County.

Transparent status: this is a routing line for narrow sewer and drain requests. We will not pretend to be a crew or claim reviews that do not exist.

Backup option: email intake@middlesexdrainpros.com with your town, symptoms, whether multiple fixtures are affected, and whether water or sewage is entering the home.

Urgent warning signs: sewage at a basement drain, toilets gurgling together, multiple fixtures backing up, or a clog that returned after recent cleaning.

FAQ

Common homeowner questions

How does intake and routing work?

When you call or email, your request is reviewed for town, symptom pattern, and urgency, then routed to a relevant local sewer and drain provider only where coverage exists in Middlesex County. Middlesex Drain Pros is not the crew doing the work — it connects your request with an independent local provider who can respond to your situation.

What happens when I call and no one answers?

The intake line takes calls and voicemail around the clock. If nobody answers live, leave your town and what's backing up. The voicemail is recorded by Twilio, and an automated transcript is emailed to our intake inbox for review and routing. If you would rather skip voicemail, use the intake form on this page instead.

Does the form send my details to a server?

No. The structured intake form on this page runs in your browser only. Submitting it opens your email app with a prefilled draft addressed to our intake inbox — it does not transmit your details to any server first. Nothing is stored until you review that draft and choose to send the email yourself.

Do you charge homeowners for routing?

There is no charge from us to submit a request or be routed to a local provider. Any cost for a sewer camera inspection, cleaning, or repair is set independently by the provider you're connected with, not by Middlesex Drain Pros. Cost ranges shown on service pages are general market context, not a quote from us or any specific provider.

Which towns are covered?

Coverage centers on ten Middlesex County towns: Lowell, Billerica, Chelmsford, Framingham, Natick, Waltham, Cambridge, Somerville, Arlington, and Newton. Eight of them have dedicated service pages; Chelmsford and Natick are covered through the service area page rather than a page of their own right now. See the service area page for details on each town.
